Becoming a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer requires meeting high performance standards, extensive training, and obtaining specific certifications. With that being said, we are proud to announce that Maple Air Heating and Cooling has won the 2020 Carrier President’s Award. This award is given to less than 1% of dealers worldwide, and we are proud represent the Greater Toronto Area this year with Carrier’s highest dealer honour.

What is the Carrier President’s Award?The Carrier President’s Award is an award that acknowledges Carrier dealers who demonstrate an assortment of strong qualities and key skills such as leadership, management, customer satisfaction, expertise, business growth, and operational excellence. This award is given out by Carrier to honour meriting dealers who have exceeded expectations to support business developments and demonstrate appreciation for their customer support.

What Does it Mean to Win the Carrier President’s Award?Being a recipient of the Carrier President’s Award means that Maple Air Heating and Cooling, serving the Greater Toronto Area, is a role model in the industry; we have gone above and beyond meeting Carrier’s expectations and for that we have been recognized with this award. As an award recipient, we share our “best practices” across the dealer group to encourage excellence, hard work, and outstanding performance. Receiving the 2020 Carrier President’s Award means that Carrier has acknowledged Maple Air’s expertise in product knowledge, installation, maintenance, and repairs in HVAC systems as well as successful management practices within the company.
